Glenvale Park
A scheme comprising up to 3,000 new homes as well as significant employment, retail, and community facilities to the north of Wellingborough. The project involved a complex land assembly and lengthy planning process with planning achieved via an appeal to the Secretary of State.
Hanwood Park
An urban extension to the east of Kettering which received consent for up to 5,500 new homes and c. 120,000 sqm of commercial space set over c. 900 acres. The scheme involved the assembly of 20 different ownerships and represents one of the 10 largest planning permissions granted in the UK.
Priors Hall Park
A major development located to the north east of Corby which achieved planning to provide up to 5,095 new homes. The scheme which was described by CABE as ‘exemplary’ represents one of the 10 largest planning permissions granted in the UK.
Little Stanion
A new “village” development of up to 1,000 new homes consented with all the primary infrastructure delivered and serviced parcel sales completed to 4 national house builders.
Blacket Mews
The redevelopment of the former Minto Hotel involving the sympathetic conversion of two listed Georgian townhouses into luxury apartments with contemporary townhouses to the rear of the site. The development was completed with all the properties sold off-plan.
Pitt Street
A site assembly project in the Bonnington regeneration area involving the acquisition of 6 industrial buildings in a joint venture with J Smart & Co. The site is now fully assembled, and a planning application is being prepared for a large-scale residential led development of approximately 130 apartments.
Southern Gateway Retail Park
A forward fund roadside retail development including McDonald, Costa, and Dominos. Following a successful planning process the development was delivered via a forward funding structure to a private fund.
Manor Court
An exclusive private development providing a collection of large detached family homes situated near Ascot. All the individually designed homes were constructed to the highest standard and sold.
Kempston Mill
A gated development providing 46 new build apartments located on the site of a former Mill on the river Ouse.
Little Colliers
A new development of 48 new homes to the south of Corby. Following a successful planning process the site was sold to a regional house builder.
Old Tollgate Close
A private drive development providing a collection of detached and semi-detached family homes in Bracknell.
Bethany Lane
The site of a former care facility near the picturesque village of Mumbles. The site was acquired conditionally before planning was granted for a bespoke development of large family homes. The site was then sold to a regional house builder with the benefit of planning.
