Planning was successfully achieved for the redevelopment of high street retail parade located in a conservation area to a residential led mixed-use scheme. The scheme consisted of 66 apartments (all private) with the c. 20,000 sq. ft. of retail space. The site was sold to Clarion Housing with the benefit of the retail space let to a national supermarket operator.
