An iconic office led scheme of 250,000 sq ft with retail and leisure on the ground floors involving the complete refurbishment of the existing structure with new floors added on top. The original building was sub-divided into three separate buildings. Two of the buildings were multi-let to a range of tenants and sold to UBS. The third building was sold on completion to The National House Building Federation for their own occupation.
