This project involved the acquisition of a large freehold block of property, comprised 50 buildings, in Clerkenwell. The Estate, which was mainly in commercial use, was intensively asset managed to create additional value. In particular, the growing demand for residential accommodation close to The City was recognised with the conversion of the upper parts of former commercial buildings to loft type apartments including the creation of additional floors.
