Midtown Capital is a London based private property company with a wealth of experience across all sectors and a proven track record in delivery investor returns.
The Midtown team has carried out a wide range of development projects across central London specialising in mixed use developments and creating over 1,000,000 sq. ft. of high-quality residential and commercial accommodation. The projects have typically involved complex planning, site assembly and delivery elements which enable significant value to be added.
This skill and experience have also enabled Midtown to become a specialist in strategic land and large-scale master developer delivery outside of London. The business has been involved in the successful promotion of approximately 20,000 new homes across several large schemes. Specifically, the Midtown team has been the lead delivery partner for three large urban extensions, which represent three of the largest planning consents in the UK and which are now delivering significant housing numbers to the UK housing supply.
The Midtown operating model is traditionally as a lead partner in Joint Venture structures and we have worked in numerous structures with many institutional and private partners; most of which are repeat partners. As a private company we are flexible in our approach and in our investment criteria which enables us to be nimble in the market and an ideal delivery partner for many.
