A major development located to the north east of Corby which achieved planning to provide up to 5,095 new homes. The scheme which was described by CABE as ‘exemplary’ represents one of the 10 largest planning permissions granted in the UK. 

Phase 1 of the development site was commenced before it was sold to a group funded by an American hedge fund.
