An urban extension to the east of Kettering which received consent for up to 5,500 new homes and c. 120,000 sqm of commercial space set over c. 900 acres. The scheme involved the assembly of 20 different ownerships and represents one of the 10 largest planning permissions granted in the UK. 

The initial primary infrastructure works were progressed before the project was successfully refinanced with a long-term c. £30m facility with Homes England before being sold to an institutional investment fund.
