Holborn Hall, WC1

This project involved the acquisition and subsequent refurbishment of the former Holborn Town Hall, a Listed Building with many special architectural features. At the time of acquisition the property had planning consent for conversion to a Hotel but we felt it was more suited for conversion to offices.

A new scheme was designed for an office conversion¬†which included a separate new building to the rear of 25,000 sq ft. ¬†The conversion of the Town Hall was a highly sensitive task given the building’s listed status and we worked closely with English Heritage.

On completion both buildings were multi let and sold separately to Investment Funds.
